Food & Beverage Manager at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana Beirut

Rabih Bou Fayad brings with him 15 years of hospitality experience at the Rotana hotels in Lebanon. He started his journey in 2004 in Hazmieh Rotana and gradually stepped up the ladder while occupying various roles within the Food and Beverages department to include the openings of two hotels the former and Raouche Arjaan by Rotana in 2009. In addition to his local experience, Rabih assisted in the pre-opening of the stunning Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa in the United Arab Emirates and management task force assignment for Rotana’s iconic Oryx Rotana in Doha, Qatar. Currently Rabih occupies the position of a Food & Beverages Manager at Raouche Arjaan by Rotana being in charge of the hotel’s outlets along with the property’s banquet, meetings and events.
