Managing Partner at Boutique Michl1 and Instructor at the Hospitality Departement at USEK

He has been in the restaurant business for the past 19 years. Prior to founding Boutique Michl1, he worked as a “Bar Manager” at Splendid Hotel Switzerland, a boutique hotel located in Montreux, then moved to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Instructor at Hotel Insitute of Montreux, one of the leading Hotel Management Schools. He moved to Lebanon and held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Hotel Martinez, then Food and Beverage Manager at La Cigale Hotel Qatar during the pre-opening.

He experienced the teaching profession as Instructor in the Hospitality Department in 2002 till present and have tough in the most prestigious universities: Lebanese American University and currently at USEK Cordon Bleu.
