He worked in various sections of the food and beverage department from 1984 till 2005 in different locations such as: “L’ Auberge de Faqra” “Phoenicia InterContinental chain” “Cat & Mouth Catering Company” “Staff Gate Recruiting Company’ In addition, I managed many restaurants such as: “La Cigale”, “Gruen Eatery” “La Dorada Sea food Restaurant “and “Michael Restaurant”. Since the 15th November 2005, he joined Sagesse University, Faculty of Hospitality Management in Achrafieh as Service Manager. He is in charge of different Food & Beverage outlets (Le Gastronomique, Le Cenacle, Los Companieros, and A L’Emportée). He is responsible for all indoor and outdoor banquets. In summer he joined the Staff Gate Company as a part time supervisor to help organize their catering events.
